General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the cj333 platform and all its services. This document forms a legal agreement between you (the user) and cj333. 2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as prohibited conduct, and all associated accounts may be suspended or closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. An account may be closed and withdrawals may be withheld if false or incorrect information is provided. cj333 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone and avoid logging in from devices or networks that are known to be insecure.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the cj333 support team immediately. cj333 may add additional verification steps to an account at any time in the interest of security.

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your financial and personal information secure. However, cj333 is not responsible for ensuring the security of the user's own device or network.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at cj333 is ৳200 (per payment method). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made through any method other than these are not accepted.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team. Depositing through a third party or from someone else's account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must match the information registered on the account.

cj333 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in cases of fraud, money laundering, or any other suspicious activity. Additional identity verification may be carried out in such situations.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions at cj333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Any taxes or charges arising from financial transactions are entirely the user's own responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 worth of bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met. Whether all games contribute equally to wagering calculations will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's details.
• cj333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as prohibited conduct.
• cj333 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.
• Bonuses apply only to the account in whose name the registration was made.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

cj333 believes in fair play. All games and sports betting are conducted fairly and transparently. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, cj333 reserves the right to correct the calculation in line with the accurate result.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be displayed in the interface of the relevant game or event. cj333 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Cancellations & Disputed Results

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with cj333's policy for the relevant bets. If the result of an event is incorrectly determined due to a technical error or human mistake, it may be corrected. In the event of a dispute over a result, cj333's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Conduct

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or using an account in another person's name.
• Providing false or incorrect identity information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to guarantee profit without conditions through strategic methods.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security through hacking, cracking, or any other means.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users in any game.
• Operating games through automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or insulting other users.

If an account is closed for a valid reason and no rules have been violated, the balance will be returned.
